These terms govern your use of the Rehoboth Art Gallery website and the services we offer, from browsing our collection to commissioning a framing consultation.
We provide an online gallery for limited-edition giclée prints, framed originals, and artist-made gifts. When you place an order, we confirm availability, edition number, and delivery details before dispatch. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
All prices are listed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel an order if a listed edition is no longer available. In that case, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
We deliver across the UK. Smaller prints are sent in rigid packaging with tracked delivery. Larger framed works are handled by our white-glove courier service, which includes delivery to the room of your choice and unpacking. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
You may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the work is returned in its original condition and packaging. Custom framing commissions and hand-finished originals are made to order and are non-refundable unless faulty. We will always describe the condition of a piece accurately before you buy.
All images, text, and design on this site are the property of Rehoboth Art Gallery or the respective artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without our prior written consent. Purchasing a print does not transfer reproduction rights.
We take care to represent colours and details accurately, but screen settings can vary. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
