Framed botanical prints leaning against a white gallery wall with warm oak floor

From studio to wall: a decade of quiet growth

Rehoboth began as a two-person print bench in a rented room above a bookshop. We spent the first year pulling proofs, testing cotton rag papers, and learning how pigment inks settle into the fibres. The gallery side came later, when collectors started asking to see the originals behind the editions. Today we still hand-number every print, but the studio has grown into a proper workshop with a framing room, a small exhibition space, and a calendar of solo shows for emerging British artists.

Who We Are

An Independent Gallery and Print Studio

Rehoboth Art Gallery is a small, independent gallery and print studio in the United Kingdom. We make limited-edition giclée prints, hand-finished framed originals, and artist-made gifts for people who care about what hangs on their walls. Our work is for collectors, first-time buyers, and anyone looking for a piece with real character.

01

Limited-Edition Prints

Archival cotton rag, pigment inks

Each print is individually numbered and produced on archival cotton rag paper with pigment inks, so the colour depth holds for decades. We calibrate every run to match the original artwork, and larger pieces are delivered with white-glove handling.

02

Framed Originals

Hand-finished, ready to hang

Our framed originals are finished by hand in our studio, with oak and natural wood mouldings that suit modern interiors. Each piece is ready to hang, and we offer framing consultations for prints you already own.

03

Curated Gifts

Artist-made, thoughtful presents

From botanical studies to bold geometric compositions, our gift collection is chosen for its warmth and character. Whether it's a housewarming present or a meaningful gesture, each piece is made by an artist we know.

Workshops and Shows

Small-group sessions, seasonal programme

We run small-group printmaking workshops and a seasonal programme of solo shows that introduces emerging British artists. It's a chance to see how prints are made and meet the people behind the work.

From a single press to a working studio

Rehoboth began in 2014 as a one-room print bench in East London. What started with a single giclée printer and a stack of cotton rag paper has grown into a gallery, a framing workshop, and a regular programme of solo shows for emerging British artists.

The first edition

We printed our first limited run of twelve abstract landscapes in a rented studio above a bookbinders. Every sheet was hand-checked, numbered, and signed at the bench.

2014

A permanent wall

After two years of selling at craft fairs and online, we took a lease on the Seanfort space. The front room became the gallery; the back stayed a working print studio.

2016

Framing in-house

Collectors kept asking where we sourced our oak and walnut mouldings. We brought framing in-house, adding conservation glass and hand-finished mounts to the workshop.

2018

Workshops begin

Our first printmaking workshop sold out in a weekend. We now run small-group sessions on linocut, drypoint, and colour reduction, with no more than six places per bench.

2021

Emerging artists series

We launched a seasonal programme of solo shows, giving early-career British artists a proper wall and a printed catalogue. Twelve artists have shown with us so far.

2023

White-glove delivery

Larger framed works now travel with white-glove handling across the UK. Each piece is padded, crated, and delivered by a two-person team that hangs it on your wall.

Questions about prints, framing & delivery

Straight answers on editions, paper, framing and how your order arrives — no jargon, just what you need to know before you buy.

What exactly is a limited edition giclée print?

Each edition is capped at a set number — usually 50 or 100 — and every print is individually numbered and signed. We use archival pigment inks on cotton rag paper, so the colour depth stays true for decades. Once an edition sells out, the plates are retired and no further copies are made.

How do I choose the right frame for my print?

Our framing consultations start with the artwork itself. We look at the dominant tones, the room where it will hang, and whether you prefer oak, black or a raw aluminium profile. For larger pieces we recommend conservation-grade glass to protect against UV fading, and we can talk through matting options that give the print room to breathe.

Do you offer workshops for beginners?

Yes — our small-group printmaking workshops run most weekends and are designed for complete beginners. You'll learn the basics of linocut or screen printing, and you'll leave with your own finished print. All materials are provided, and class sizes are kept to six people so you get plenty of hands-on time.

How is delivery handled for large framed works?

For pieces over 80cm, we use a white-glove courier service. The artwork is packed in a custom crate, delivered to your chosen room, and unwrapped on site. Smaller prints and unframed editions are shipped flat in rigid packaging with full insurance. Delivery is available across the UK, and we'll confirm a date that suits you.

Can I see the artwork in person before buying?

Absolutely. The gallery is open six days a week, and you're welcome to view any piece in the collection. If you're considering a commission or a specific edition, we can arrange a private viewing outside opening hours. Just call ahead or email us to book a slot.

What is your returns policy on prints?

If a print arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, let us know within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund. For framed pieces, we'll cover the return courier cost. We only ask that the artwork is returned in its original packaging so it stays protected in transit.
